Shipping Coverage  

Our delivery services are available across all serviceable pin codes within India. At present, we do not ship products to locations outside India.  

Order Processing Duration  

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and national holidays, from the time the order is successfully confirmed.  

After processing is completed, a confirmation email containing order-related information will be sent to you.  

Estimated Delivery Period  

Standard delivery timelines range from 3 to 8 business days, allowing us to deliver your selected fashion items efficiently and securely.  

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts  

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment will be sent back to our facility. Customers may contact us to arrange a re-shipment .  

Lost or Damaged Orders  

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic proof.  

In the event that an order is lost during transit, we will verify the issue with the courier service and proceed with either a replacement or a refund accordingly.
